i found the hotel very clean. the staff surprised my son with a birthday brownie, i thought that was very thoughtful. conditioner was brought to my room the same day i asked. parking was also easy and stress-free i REALLY appreciated it.

the gym is a bit BASIC.

the hotel location is convenient and GREAT. it is close to the shopping district, restaurants and public transportation. plenty of THINGS were there to explore in the area. i liked being so close to everything.

the breakfast was amazing!!! it had lots of variety. our room was very comfortable. they were very helpful and happily assisted us. i appreciated that the hotel is close to the train station with lots of dining options around, that was very helpful.

during my stay, i expected a complimentary small water bottle daily. i was informed that this was not standard for my room. also, i expected an espresso machine. i only got two instant coffee sachets daily. the sauna was on the 5th floor, not near the pool on the 1st floor.

The breakfast offered a good food selection. The staff proved very friendly and helpful to me. I also found the hotel location central to many visitor attractions and close to bars and restaurants.

I observed water noises in the ceilings all night, it was disturbing. I also noticed noise coming from outside the window. The reception area seemed noisy at times..
