modern bathroom rainfall shower fresh pastries

i found the staff helpful they assisted me with directions and local recommendations. the room featured a modern bathroom i loved the powerful rainfall shower. breakfast included fresh pastries a variety of cheeses and local fruit.

the in-room safe was a bit small it barely fit my laptop.

unreliable lifts uninterested staff

The location was central to most places i wanted to visit, a definite plus.

The lifts seemed unreliable. Only one lift worked of three days, so getting up and down took a while. The staff in the bar seemed uninterested in serving customers (i found this odd).

clean hotel birthday brownie same-day conditioner easy parking

i found the hotel very clean. the staff surprised my son with a birthday brownie, i thought that was very thoughtful. conditioner was brought to my room the same day i asked. parking was also easy and stress-free i REALLY appreciated it.

the gym is a bit BASIC.

the hotel location is convenient and GREAT. it is close to the shopping district, restaurants and public transportation. plenty of THINGS were there to explore in the area. i liked being so close to everything.

the rooms were VERY clean. the hotel esthetics are also good, rooms look so well. there are also family rooms, WHICH i find perfect for my family. i can tell they focus on cleaning.

great breakfast comfortable room missing water bottle instant coffee separate sauna

the breakfast was amazing!!! it had lots of variety. our room was very comfortable. they were very helpful and happily assisted us. i appreciated that the hotel is close to the train station with lots of dining options around, that was very helpful.

during my stay, i expected a complimentary small water bottle daily. i was informed that this was not standard for my room. also, i expected an espresso machine. i only got two instant coffee sachets daily. the sauna was on the 5th floor, not near the pool on the 1st floor.

A balanced experience

good selection friendly staff central location water noises outside noise noisy reception

The breakfast offered a good food selection. The staff proved very friendly and helpful to me. I also found the hotel location central to many visitor attractions and close to bars and restaurants.

I observed water noises in the ceilings all night, it was disturbing. I also noticed noise coming from outside the window. The reception area seemed noisy at times..

green walls nice touch

The room faced the back. It had views of the indoor pool and living green walls. The hotel provided Rituals toiletries (which I found to be a nice touch).

I thought the elevators were a bit slow, it took some time to move up and down.
